Residences begin on floor 9 and continue up to the penthouses on floors 23–26. Floors 9–16 feature approximately 10’ exposed concrete ceilings, while the ceilings for floors 17–26 are approximately 11’ high. Most units have either a private balcony or an oversized terrace, while a few have both. |
