Gary Rosenberg, Urban R2 Development

Gary Rosenberg is the Chairman & CEO of Urban R2 Development Company, which is the Co-Developer of 600 N. Fairbanks. Gary has been a leader in the real estate industry for over 40 years. He has been a developer of more than 50,000 residential units and related commercial facilities from coast to coast. His activities have included such major developments as Rossmoor, Walnut Creek CA, The Villages in San Jose, CA and Bernardo Heights in San Diego, California; Westbrook Village and Gold Canyon Ranch Resort/Superstition Mountain in Phoenix, Arizona; One Magnificent Mile and Woodfield Lakes office campus in Illinois; Aberdeen in Palm Beach County, Florida. He created and taught the first real estate course for the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, founded and remains Chairman of its Real Estate Research Center and serves on the Kellogg Board.

Noah Schatz is the CEO of Schatz Inc. which is the Co-Developer of 600 N. Fairbanks. Schatz Properties focuses on real estate primarily located in the South Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago. Schatz Inc., founded in 1948 by the late Jay Schatz, is a fully diversified real estate company involved with the acquisition of undeveloped land, management and ownership of mixed-use office/retail and rental apartments, and hotel investment/development. Mr. Schatz’s unique insight into the buyers in this neighborhood has allowed the development team to design the property’s amenity package to selectively target its end consumer.
