Founded in 1996 by Mark Sutherland and Alexander Pearsall, Sutherland Pearsall Development Corp. is a residential development firm dedicated to excellence in design and construction. The firm has built hundreds of residences of all sizes in neighborhoods throughout Chicago including River North, Old Town, Lakeview, Kenwood, Hyde Park, Bucktown and Wicker Park. Recent projects include The Grand on Grand, a 28 story high rise at Grand and Wells in River North.
